Twin House, Hackney 2025
This year sees the completion of Twin House, a ‘double’ home for a blended family. The form of the house has been designed to embody the duality of the family unit.
Catslide House, Hertfordshire 2024
GWA have recently completed a new build home set within a row of 1970s houses. The house borrows form the motifs of the period through its corbeled brickwork, asymmetric roof form and sculptural chimney stack.
The project has been shortlisted this year for an RIBA EAST award.
CLT House 2024
GWA are nearing completion of a CLT house for a private client in the South East. The project was fabricated predominantly off-site using a manufacturer in northern Italy and then shipped to site as a series of components.
